Not Ready for Primetime

While the interface is pretty, the underlying features are not ready for primetime. The Privacy Policy is not up to date, as the product shares data (over Port 443) with Doubleclick.net (known tracker). I have emailed the developer about this scenario, with no response yet.
Additionally, the product cannot deal gracefully with the import of a large dataset (in my case ~32,000 notes). Becuase the only preference setting is to sync with the Evernote remote databases, the sync process is contiunally delayed when dealing with large datasets, this is due to the throttling characteristics of the Evernote API (YMMV)... It would be highly beneficial of the product permitted an import of the native Evernote *.enex formatted data (including tags, etc), however, there is no capability for this to take place. Perhaps this is planned for Alternote 2? At any rate, for me, it is not usable, but again, YMMV.
